About Renae
I have been a Realtor for over 30 years. I specialize in the sale of or purchase of single family residences in the Cedar Rapids/Marion metro area and the surrounding areas. Prior to real estate I worked as an Interior Designer for both residential and commercial use. This has been a great asset to my clients.
In have served as President of the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors and served two terms on the Board of Directors. I served two terms as Regional Vice President for the Iowa Association of Realtors serving area agents as well as agents in the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors ( Waterloo/ Cedar Falls area). I also served two terms on the Housing Opportunties Committee for the National Association of Realtors.
In service to my community, I have served for over 9 years on the Civil Rights Commission, currently serving as chair for both 2024 and 2025. I also serve on the Visionary Committee for the city of Marion. And a housing task force for Linn County.
Designations, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR, (Acredited Buyer Representative), GRI ( Graduate Realtor Institute), Graduate of Iowa Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy.
